Dont take these labels for granted as i believe that especially when they're reusable, there is always a need to make your life as a breastfeeding mum easier. Personally, i would like to share with you how i use it. Usually, when my supply is low, i'll have a hard time feeding my baby, so i'll opt to get my stored milk (in a bottle) from the freezer and use it to fill my little one's tummy so that he can nap.
