Found a trendy ice cream shop that you have to give yourself a try |
Being a dessert lover myself, i was super excited to find that Créme De La Créme has launched their very first store in Damansara Utama! From what i've heard, Créme De La Créme specilises in creating the best of the best artisanal Ice Creams featuring pastry chefs mentored by renowned celebrity dessert master, Christy Tania. With that in mind, you can expect getting the richest, smoothest, and most mouth watering ice cream that will make you wish you had space for more. Trust me, i've tried, and its highly recomended by me. More deets by scrolling down into this post.

Créme De La Créme is located in Damansara Uptown, and it can be the perfect treat at any time of the day. But going into a first impression of the store, i must say that im impressed with the minimalist design of it. The moment you walk in, you are welcomed by the array of ice cream that they have to offer, and as you walk deeper into the store, you'll find yourself at the seating area where you can also enjoy a view of the pasty chefs making their Petit Gâteaux ice cream cakes. The interior and exterior is definitely intagramable and it has a mix vibe of classy yet in trend. LOVE!
SCREAM FOR ICE CREAM!

Pandan Kaya Toast Ice Cream |

Barley Lime Sorbet |
|
Limau Assam Sorbet |
The store offers an array of 18 artisanal ice cream flavours that infuses with local delicacies to create unique euphoric blends that are bound to tingle your tastebuds with Malaysian vibes. Some of the flavours that are my personal malaysian favourite featured at Créme De La Créme would be Pandan Panda Kaya Toast, Barley Lime, Limau Assam Sorbet and many more! But of course, this does not limit Créme De La Créme to have other interesting flavours as well.

Dragonfruit Strawberry Sorbet |
|
Madagascar Ash (Vanilla + Charcoal) |
|
Cerealicious (Legit taste like cereal!) |
|
Cookies and Cream (Above the average) |
|
French Earl Grey Boba (comes with the pearl too!) |
Going into some unique flavours on the menu, they also offer, Dragon Fruit Strawberry Sorbet (One of my personal favourites), Madagascar Ash, Cerealicious, Cookies & Cream, French Earl Grey Boba and more. I would list everything here if i could, but lets just say that i'll leave it to you to decide when you visit the store yourself. Trust me, there will definitely be something for anyone the minute you walk in. Since i got the chance to take a few bites of their ice cream for myself, i must say that they have taken ice cream flavours to a whole new level. Something that i've never seen (or tasted) in any other ice cream parlour that i've been to.
BLOOP BLOOP BLOOP! (Unicorn Drink)

Bloop Bloop Bloop Unicorn drink |

To enjoy, before consuming, you have to mix the ice cream into the drink evenly and then taste the magic |
And while youre there, the Bloop Bloop Bloop! is a must try. Of course they have coffee and chocolate if youre looking for the defaults, but if youre looking for something different and exciting, you should really get a taste of this! I cant really explain what it is cause it taste incredibly magical, but from the tip of my tongue, i would say that its a combination of soda water, lime, with frozen butterfly pea topped with their dragon fruit sorbet ice cream. YUMS! I would definitely come back to have more.
ICE CREAM CAKES
|
Unicorn Cake (ft. Vanilla, Lychee and Rasberry) |
|
Forest Log (ft. Miso Caramel, Banana, and Butterscotch) |
|
Beauty & The Beast (ft Dark Chocolate, Vanilla and Morello Cherry Sorbet) |
|
Bunny (ft. coconut, mango, calamansi, pineapple, lemongrass and passionfruit) |
And their ice cream doesnt end there! If youre looking for something beyond the average, you should really consider trying thier artfully conceptualised Petit Gâteaux ice cream cakes! Other than looking amazingly good on the outside, the inner content of these ice cream cakes contains a combination of different flavours offered in Créme De La Créme and trust me, you will be experincing a whole new level of flavours in your mouth despite already tasting their ice cream individually. Be sure to snap a photo of their ice cream cakes, cause they definitely look too pretty to devour!

As a verdict, i must say that the founder of Créme De La Créme, Lio Lim has really put a lot of effort into ensuring that the finest handcrafted ice creams ar available in Malaysia for everyone to enjoy. The whole team who served me and my sister while we were there were definitely passionate in what they do, and rest assured, all their ice cream crafters are well knowleged in what Créme De La Créme offers. For the record, if youre wondering what Créme De La Créme means, it means the best of the best. So if you want to taste the best of the best, you'd have to make a pit stop at Créme De La Créme in Damansara Utama.
