Just a preview of what you should be expecting at the Christmas Eve Buffet Dinner at Flavors Restaurant, the spread offers a sumptuous gastronomic journey, presenting a wide array of irresistible dishes including the Christmas Oven Roasted Turkey with Chestnut Stuffing served with Giblet sauce, Cranberry Sauce and Mushroom sauce from the carving station. And what i love more about the dinner would be the Christmas ambience at Flavors Restaurant which fits perfectly with the Roasted Turkey as the highlight.

Breads and Soups
Roast Beef Rib Eye (super tender)
Seafood on ice
Since i was there, i spotted a few dishes that were definitely eye-catching where the mains featured Spanish Paella Valencia, Oven Roasted chicken Roulade with Spinach Stuffing, Grilled Marinated Lamb Chops with garlic and rosemary, and many more. I would list down everything they had on the menu, but i'll let my pictures do all the talking. Hehe. Everything was made to perfection, from seasoning to the texture of the meat served.

Featuring the Christmas Yule Log!
Wont you agree that this gingerbread man's house looks too good to be eater?
The chosen dessert that i decided to indulge that night
And of course, whats a buffet without desserts?! The array of desserts at Flavors Restaurant featured a Christmas Yule Log (must try), Christmas pudding with cinnamon sauce, christmas stollen and more! I have to emphasize and give credits to the chef for making these desserts look way to good to be eaten as it fits perfectly with the festive theme. If youre a sweet-tooth, you would love the array as it gives you a wide selection of choices to choose from.
