| Congratulations to Celebrity Fitness for thei 20th Club Opening |
Was more than honoured to be invited to the
Official launch of Celebrity Fitness Quill Mall, so thank you Celebrity Fitness for having me. Media, influencers and bloggers were invited to go through a viper challenge and since its for the love of fitness, i decided to take the challenge! Hehe

But first, if youre wondering how Celebrity Fitness in Quill Mall looks like, well, i've attahed a few photos to see how complete it is. They have their
weights, their
fully equiped machines and what surprised me the most was their
personal trainer area. By far the biggest space to train freely and get fit!

Now, the viper challenge was a
20 minute challenge which was designed by the well experienced trainers available at Celebrity Fitness Quill Mall. As much as you think that 20 minutes doesnt sound that long, it was some serious training which
burned a lot of my calories for sure!

Each set consist of
5 different stations to go through, 40 seconds for each area to complete. I have to admit that after the workout, it did gave me that post-workout sore the next morning. And it definitely did workout my muscles without a doubt! The set was repeated for 2 times, and god, the second round was the killer! Great workout which you could possibly request when you have your personal trainer with you ;)

| Something new and healthy to try out |
Theres a small prize giving session to the best participant who really wants to be the fittest among the fittest. Thus congrats to Elana and Hansen for winning the best participant of the day! As most of us were eyeing on the medals the winner recieved, Celebrity Fitness was nice enough to reward us with medals too. Hoorah!

If you happen to be around Quill Mall or stay around the area, be sure to check out Celebrity Fitness available on the
5th floor in Quill Mall which happens to be their
20th outlet in Malaysia. They have a really cozy fitness centre if you ask me. If you are lucky, you might bump into these famous celebrities too!
